If HackLab.group is unable to meet a binding deadline for reasons beyond our control, we will notify the client promptly and provide a new expected deadline. In such cases, HackLab.group reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement partially or entirely and refund any undisputed payments.

HackLab.group grants clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use our services for the duration specified in the service agreement. Clients may use limited excerpts of our services in their reports or external communications, provided that such excerpts are not marketed as standalone products. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or dissemination of HackLab.group's data or services is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
HackLab.group retains all intellectual property rights to the software, services, and any related content provided. Clients receive only a limited license to use such intellectual property as expressly described in the service agreement. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any of HackLab.group's intellectual property is strictly forbidden.
7. Liability
HackLab.group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service. This limitation shall not apply in cases of malicious intent, gross negligence, or breaches of third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website and services at any time, without notice, if we determine that your conduct violates these terms or poses a risk to other users.
